Niko Niko Flea Market at Enshunada Park

  Are you antique enthusiasts who enjoy discovering collectible items at the flea markets? Then you should check the Niko Niko flea market at Enshunada park. 

Niko Niko flea market offers a spacious outdoor area in a huge park, with something for the whole family to enjoy; a hugely diverse range of stalls and delicious food served by various food-truck vendors.

This flea market is held once or twice a month, depending on the weather, it will be canceled if raining. If you want to sell your handmade crafts or fruits and vegetables from your farm, or even to get rid of your old stuff, you can rent a space in this flea market for 1000yen per lot. The park itself as I mentioned above, huge and very popular. There's a soccer stadium, a field, a big playground, and an area to ride bicycles that they provide for free.
There are many activities like crafting for kids, nordic walk exercise, stars gazing, etc.

Enshunada park is also good to see red autumn leaves.

Watching the Fukuroi Fireworks Festival

  As the sun set, I headed to the Fukuroi Fireworks Festival. This event in Shizuoka is famous for its amazing fireworks and lively atmosphere. This year, I wanted to see it for myself. I took the train from Hamamatsu Station to Fukuroi Station. The festival venue, Haranoyagawa Shinsui Park, was a 20-minute walk from the station. Arriving early is crucial because the streets get crowded quickly.  When I arrived, the place was buzzing with excitement. Families, couples, and friends were everywhere, setting up their picnic blankets. The smell of street food like takoyaki, yakisoba, and grilled corn filled the air.
