Who says a Highway Tomei SA can't be beautiful? Check out Hamanako SA, located on the bay of Lake Hamana. It has lovely scenic views of the bay. Frequently visited by those long-distance travelers taking a break from their long drive, and locals who just want to unwind and sightseeing. Hamanako SA has a superb view overlooking Lake Hamana. The tiredness of driving is blown away at once. What's more impressive is that Hamanako SA has a "Lover's sanctuary", complete with a sacred bell altar and heart locks gate, where a couple writes their name on a lock and hangs it on the gate. Something I didn't expect to be built into a service area in the middle of a highway. Hamanako is a Pretty popular SA. Visited by many people, there are also many shops here!
