Hamamatsu Zoological Garden

This time I got a chance to visit Hamamatsu Zoo with my family.  Hamamatsu Zoo is by Lake Hamana with a wonderful natural environment. Hamamatsu Zoo is a good place to teach children about various animals. In front of the cage, there is a board with the animal's information and origin. There are more than  400 animals from 120 species are bred in the Hamamatsu zoo. If you come around midday, you can see the feeding animal by the staff. It is very interesting. Hamamatsu zoo has the largest collection of primates among zoos in Japan including the Western Lowland Gorilla and Sumatran orangutan.  Proud of the extensive exhibition contents such as lions and tigers, polar bears, and black leopards.  There are facilities such as a mini-safari-style large field with giraffes, zebras, and ostriches. Hamamatsu Flower Park Christmas Illumination

  This time I'd like to recommend you to another cool awesome place in Hamamatsu to see Christmas illuminations. Especially for those who love flowers, you would definitely enjoy illuminations in Hamamatsu Flower Park. Illuminations of 1 million tiny lightbulbs shining colorfully, come enjoy the various heartwarming decorations created by flowers and lights. The highlight is the fountain show, which was renewed in March this year, powers up by the sound, light, and fountain equipment! "Toyono Suzuki", a composer and arranger from Hamamatsu City, worked on this renewal.
